We at Curcumin Product want your online shopping experience to be enjoyable, simple, and successful. Our website is open 24/7 and features a simple online ordering process. We process orders as quickly as possible so you can receive them immediately. In some instances, this may be as quick as the same day. "Special orders" or orders with “Backordered” items require additional processing time.
Any delivery estimates we provide are only estimates. Delivery times may vary when transportation networks are disrupted due to inclement weather, holidays, carrier network issues, or other events.
Please note that we may contact you for additional information before processing your order. Large orders of $800 or more will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card provided and cannot be shipped to any other address.
familys-world.de offers to Germany. We don't deliver to PO boxes.
The processing time begins from the date you place your order. Orders placed before 12 PM are processed the same day. It may take up to two business days to process your order. Bigger purchases and freight shipments may require longer processing times. Once we've processed it, we can ship it.

Tracking Your Order
Upon completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this. If you are still waiting for your order confirmation, please contact us so we can provide your order number.
An email message will be sent to you once a shipping label has been created. With larger orders, you might receive multiple emails.
Change your address.
We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. If you need to change the place where your order will be delivered, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@familys-world.com or +4971125275913. Please note that we usually process and dispatch orders within one business day of placing them.
Backorders:
Should an item become unavailable after placing your order, we will notify you by email and phone.
The temporarily out-of-stock portion of your order will be automatically canceled and refunded unless we hear from you within two business days.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been sent.
Unexpected Delays
The delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG (and outside of our advised 2-7 business day delivery time frame) to arrive, and we will help you resolve any situation we have control over!
Parcel damaged in transit:
If you find a parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service with the next steps.
After five days following delivery confirmation, we will not recognize lost or shipping damage claims. Or we will arrange for a new replacement free of charge
